OK, there is no such place as Frankfurt, DE so maybe that means our dossier is in Frankfurt, Germany. That's what I'm going to believe since that's closer to Astana and it's been there all day without moving. And believe me I've checked numerous times.

Okay, what I meant to say... I was wondering why your dossier would go through Delaware but thought stranger things can happen! I bet it will be in Astana on Monday!
